As Luke Wroblewski put it, testing and designing for mobile means testing and designing for “one eyeball, one thumb”. With that in mind, let’s look at the mobile site of the Ramsey County Library. Not denying nerddom, I am just admitting that after Gmail, facebook and google maps, this is my most often used app. I use it to look up books I hear about on the radio, or when talking with friends, or when browsing in a bookstore.
